Our Tax Services Reward team is dedicated to assisting clients in navigating the complex challenges surrounding executive and board rewards, pensions and benefits, corporate transactions, and broader reward topics. These include regulatory compliance, equity programs, job grading, performance management, and more.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with clients to support and contribute to various projects, including benchmarking at the executive level and across the wider workforce.
  • Design compensation plans, incentive structures for diverse stakeholders, and reward policies.
  • Develop and implement job grading and job architecture frameworks.
  • Conduct remuneration surveys and analyze compensation data.
  • Assist in project planning, data analysis, report writing, and the development of presentation materials.
  • Work alongside key project leaders to manage and maintain client relationships.
  • Collaborate effectively with other workforce advisory colleagues as well as service lines and teams across EY globally.

Your Profile

  • A university degree in Economics or Finance with a strong understanding of HR topics.
  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate HR, Compensation & Benefits, and/or HR Consulting, ideally with a focus on HR issues and people consulting, such as remuneration surveys and market trends in the rewards field.
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills, with the ability to create compelling data presentations.
  • Capable of analyzing complex problems and delivering insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions with a pragmatic approach.
  • A team player who adapts quickly to new teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German, with experience in producing high-quality reports and presentations.
