Your Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with clients to support and contribute to various projects, including benchmarking at the executive level and across the wider workforce.
- Design compensation plans, incentive structures for diverse stakeholders, and reward policies.
- Develop and implement job grading and job architecture frameworks.
- Conduct remuneration surveys and analyze compensation data.
- Assist in project planning, data analysis, report writing, and the development of presentation materials.
- Work alongside key project leaders to manage and maintain client relationships.
- Collaborate effectively with other workforce advisory colleagues as well as service lines and teams across EY globally.
Your Profile
- A university degree in Economics or Finance with a strong understanding of HR topics.
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate HR, Compensation & Benefits, and/or HR Consulting, ideally with a focus on HR issues and people consulting, such as remuneration surveys and market trends in the rewards field.
- Strong qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills, with the ability to create compelling data presentations.
- Capable of analyzing complex problems and delivering insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions with a pragmatic approach.
- A team player who adapts quickly to new teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German, with experience in producing high-quality reports and presentations.
