How You Can Make an Impact

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will evolve according to your experience level:

  • Support clients in tackling significant organizational and workforce challenges associated with strategic initiatives such as business transformations and operating model changes while preparing for AI and agentic technologies.
  • Conduct structured analyses and provide clear recommendations based on findings, utilizing AI tools for accelerated insight generation.
  • Contribute to the design of workforce strategies, leadership journeys, and role architectures based on engagement needs.
  • Engage directly with client stakeholders to gather input, test ideas, and foster collaboration around proposed solutions while managing project modules effectively.
  • Assist in business development activities including proposal writing, client pitches, and the development of thought leadership.
  • Collaborate across Deloitte Service Lines to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet our clients' transformation objectives.
  • Contribute to the growth of our Human Capital practice through knowledge sharing and mentorship of junior colleagues.

Who We Are Looking For

  • A University degree; an advanced degree (Masters, MBA or equivalent) is advantageous.
  • 2+ years (Consultant) or 4+ years (Senior Consultant) of relevant professional experience in Human Capital, Organisation & Workforce Transformation, or Management Consulting.
  • Experience in transformation projects focusing on people and organizational themes, ideally across core offerings.
  • Solid project management background with the ability to structure and prioritize tasks in dynamic environments.
  • Proficient analytical thinker comfortable translating ambiguity into actionable recommendations.
  • Curiosity about AI and its impact on the future workforce, with practical exposure to AI tools.
  • Effective communication of complex ideas in English, with fluency in German, French, and/or Italian being a plus.
  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to coaching and developing others.
  • Proactive, able to work independently, and willing to take on responsibilities early in your career.
  • People-oriented with a sensitivity to the human aspects of organizational change.
  • Willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally abroad.
  • A passion for providing exceptional service to clients and advancing Deloitte’s Human Capital practice.
