As a (Senior) Consultant at Deloitte, you will join our Technology Strategy & Transformation specialists and assist organizations in developing strategies and implementing systems that create business value and enhance performance. We combine in-depth knowledge and experience gained from working on some of the most complex IT projects worldwide, ranging from system replacements to comprehensive IT transformations. As our newest member, you will gain valuable insights into IT strategy and operating model design, IT architecture, IT business management, IT agility advisory, and IT M&A. How You Can Make an Impact

  • Collaborate with key technology executives to translate their strategies into effective IT operating models.
  • Support major Swiss and international organizations in reinforcing their IT functions and technology capabilities while embracing agile practices.
  • Influence large-scale IT transformation programmes and re-shape how the IT function interacts with the business side.
  • Assess client IT service requirements, derive tailor-made technology target operating models, and facilitate business access to IT services.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • You demonstrate strong analytical skills and are adept at communicating and presenting your ideas and findings both orally and in writing.
  • You are proficient in MS Office, possess project management skills, and have gained experience in IT process management, business partnering, or organizational development.
  • After completing your studies in (business) informatics, business administration, or economics, you have established a track record of managing small engagements or parts of larger ones; any ITIL or Agile certifications are a significant advantage.
  • You have accumulated professional experience (3+ years) working with technology operating models and driving IT transformation in a consulting or corporate setting.
  • You communicate fluently in English and either French or German and are open to travel (mainly within Switzerland); additional French language skills are a plus.
