Join our team at Deloitte as a (Senior) Consultant, specializing in Technology Strategy & Transformation. You'll collaborate with international clients to leverage cutting-edge technology for enhancing their business operations. With our extensive experience in tackling complex IT projects globally—from system replacements to comprehensive IT transformations—you will enrich your expertise in areas such as IT strategy, operating model design, and IT Business Management.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Collaborate with key technology executives to translate strategies into effective IT operating models.
• Support major Swiss and international organizations in fortifying their IT functions and technology capabilities while embracing agile practices.
• Contribute to large-scale IT transformation programs, shaping the interaction between IT and business operations.
• Assess IT service requirements, develop customized technology target operating models, and facilitate business access to IT services.

Who We Are Looking For

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate and present ideas clearly, both orally and in writing.
• Proficiency in MS Office, project management skills, and experience in IT process management, business partnering, or organizational development.
• A degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or economics, along with a proven track record of managing small engagements or segments of larger projects; ITIL or Agile certifications are advantageous.
• Professional experience (3+ years) in technology operating models and driving IT transformation within consulting or corporate environments.
• Fluency in English and German, with a willingness to travel (primarily within Switzerland); additional French language skills are a plus.
