Join our team as a (Senior) Consultant at Deloitte, where you will advise international clients on cutting-edge technology to enhance their business operations. As a member of our Technology Strategy & Transformation specialists, you will help organizations develop strategies and implement systems that add business value and drive their performance. Leverage our extensive knowledge and experience gained from handling complex IT projects globally—from system replacements to full IT transformations. How You Can Make an Impact

• Collaborate with key technology executives at our clients to translate their strategies into effective IT operating models.
• Support major Swiss and international organizations in strengthening their IT functions and technology capabilities while embracing agile practices.
• Make a significant contribution to large-scale IT transformation programs and shape IT's interaction with the business side.
• Assess clients' IT service requirements, derive tailor-made technology target operating models, and facilitate business access to IT services.

Who We Are Looking For

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate and present ideas effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Proficiency in MS Office, demonstrated project management skills, and previous experience in IT process management, business partnering, or organizational development.
• A degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or economics, with a track record of managing small engagements or parts of larger projects; ITIL or Agile certifications are a plus.
• Professional experience (3+ years) in technology operating models and driving IT transformation within a consulting or corporate setting.
• Fluency in English and German; willingness to travel primarily within Switzerland; additional French skills are advantageous.
