As a (Senior) Consultant at Deloitte, you will join our Technology Strategy & Transformation specialists, advising international clients on cutting-edge technology to enhance their business operations. We combine in-depth knowledge and experience from some of the most complex IT projects globally, ranging from system replacement to full IT transformation. How You Can Make an Impact

• Collaborate with key technology executives to translate strategies into effective IT operating models.
• Support clients from major Swiss and international organizations in strengthening their IT function and technology capabilities while embracing agile practices.
• Impact large-scale IT transformation programs and shape the interaction between the IT function and the business side.
• Assess IT service requirements, derive tailor-made technology target operating models, and enable business access to IT services.

Who We Are Looking For

• You possess strong analytical skills and can effectively communicate and present ideas and findings both orally and in writing.
• You are proficient in MS Office, exhibit project management skills, and have prior experience in IT process management, business partnering, or organizational development.
• You hold a degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or economics, along with a proven track record of managing small engagements or parts of larger initiatives; ITIL or Agile certifications are a significant plus.
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience working with technology operating models and facilitating IT transformation in either a consulting or corporate environment.
• You communicate fluently in English and German and are willing to travel (mainly within Switzerland); additional French skills are advantageous.
