- Prepare and facilitate client workshops, interviews, and working sessions with stakeholders from manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, and IT/digital.
- Contribute to practice and business development including proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations on manufacturing, digital operations, and resiliency topics.
- Independently manage workstreams or smaller projects, as well as the work of offshore team members.
- Contribute to an inclusive, high-performing team culture.

- 1-2 years of experience in pharma/biotech/medtech supply chain or manufacturing operations, or in management consulting focused on these areas.
- Demonstrable responsibility for project/workstream delivery.
- Solid understanding of GMP/GxP environments and core pharma operations concepts such as manufacturing processes, QA/QC, batch release, tech transfer, and external manufacturing.

- Understanding of data platforms, data integration, or reporting/visualization solutions.
- Professional fluency in English; proficiency in German and/or French is an advantage.
Desired Skills and Profile
- Demonstrated interest or practical exposure to AI/advanced analytics applied to operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Structured thinking and the ability to develop clear, compelling, and actionable messages for senior stakeholders.
