Help our clients transform their core insurance operations. As a Senior Consultant / (Senior) Manager, you will support our insurance industry clients striving for market share and growth while navigating the ongoing wave of market transformation. With changing customer expectations, the growing influence of technology and AI, and new business models, you will provide a fresh perspective and forward-thinking vision to help our clients stay ahead.

• Work closely with our clients at the heart of the business, implementing innovative strategies, crafting the right operating model, integrating core systems, and optimizing their business processes across sales and distribution, marketing, underwriting, operations, customer service, and claims.
• Offer your unique vision on building flexible, innovative business and operating models that are grounded in a strong foundation.
• Support and lead the development of thought leadership that pinpoints the future of insurance and serves as a value add and door opener for our clients.
• Utilize your skills and insights to shape the insurance landscape of tomorrow and realize Deloitte's commitment to making a significant impact.

Who We Are Looking For

• You are curious and passionate about learning, capable of enhancing our projects with your unique perspective, and skilled at identifying, articulating, and developing solutions to complex challenges.
• You have a passion for driving initiatives in strategy development, operating model redesign, core platform transformation, customer-centric design, process digitization, and cost optimization within the insurance industry.
• You hold a university degree with a strong academic record and possess relevant work experience in the insurance sector and/or a major consulting firm.
• You have a solid understanding of the insurance value chain and its core processes, including sales & distribution, underwriting, policy administration, claims, and customer service management.
• An understanding of core insurance platforms (e.g., Guidewire) is a plus.
• You are fluent in German and English; proficiency in French is an advantage.

You will join our Insurance Operations & Solutions team—a diverse group of professionals who advise, design, implement, and deploy solutions focused on the core aspects of the business, including sales and distribution, underwriting, operations, and claims, within Property & Casualty, Life, and Health Insurance.
