As a Senior Consultant/Manager at Deloitte, you will join our Technology Strategy & Transformation specialists to help organizations develop strategies and implement systems that enhance business value and drive performance. With our deep knowledge and experience derived from managing some of the most intricate IT projects globally, we seek a professional with a strong background in IT infrastructure to bring a technical perspective to IT strategy, operating model design, architecture, business management, agility advisory, and M&A projects. How You Can Make an Impact

• Collaborate with our client's top technology executives to transform visions into effective IT solutions.
• Lead and support large-scale transformational projects, leveraging your expertise in digital/IT infrastructure, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Utilize your knowledge and experience, along with our international network of experts, to advise and oversee the development of IT infrastructure that addresses client needs.
• Manage the implementation of technology solutions and coordinate teams with diverse expertise.
• Act as a pivotal facilitator between business and IT to drive meaningful change for our clients.

Who We Are Looking For

• Graduated in (business) informatics, business administration, or economics, with a track record of managing small engagements or parts of larger projects in IT infrastructure and transformation.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• A proactive approach to take ownership and tackle challenges, driven by a passion for IT infrastructure and technology trends.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel (primarily within Switzerland). Knowledge of German and/or French is a plus.
• Previous experience as a management consultant is advantageous.
