About the Role

As a Senior Consultant/Manager at Deloitte, you will join our Technology Strategy & Transformation specialists to advise international clients on cutting-edge technology for their business operations. You will help organizations develop strategies and implement systems that build business value and drive performance. With our extensive knowledge and experience from executing complex IT projects globally, we are seeking an individual with a background in IT infrastructure to lend a technical perspective to IT strategy, operating model design, IT architecture, IT business management, IT agility advisory, and IT M&A projects. How You Can Make an Impact

• Collaborate with top technology executives to translate their visions into effective IT solutions.
• Lead and support large-scale transformational projects for clients by leveraging your expertise in digital/IT infrastructure and project management.
• Utilize your knowledge and our international network of experts to advise on the development of IT infrastructure that meets client needs.
• Oversee the implementation of technology solutions and coordinate teams with diverse areas of expertise.
• Facilitate the collaboration between business and IT to foster real change and significant impact for our clients.

Who We Are Looking For

• A graduate in (business) informatics, business administration, or economics with a proven track record in managing small engagements or segments of larger ones related to IT Infrastructure and IT Transformations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• A proactive individual who enjoys ownership of challenges and remains motivated to stay current with industry trends in IT infrastructure and related technologies.
• Fluency in English is required; willingness to travel within Switzerland is expected. Knowledge of German and/or French is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a management consultant is a plus.
