As a Senior Consultant/Manager at Deloitte, you will join our Technology Strategy & Transformation specialists and assist organizations in developing strategies and implementing systems that enhance business value and drive performance. With our extensive knowledge and experience drawn from some of the most complex IT projects worldwide, we seek a candidate with a background in IT infrastructure to provide a technical perspective on IT strategy, operating model design, IT architecture, IT business management, IT agility advisory, and IT M&A projects. How You Can Make an Impact

• Collaborate with top technology executives to turn their visions into effective IT solutions.
• Lead and support large-scale transformational projects for clients, utilizing your expertise in digital/IT infrastructure, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Leverage your knowledge and experience, along with our international network of experts, to advise and oversee the development of IT infrastructure that meets our clients' needs.
• Manage the implementation of technology solutions and coordinate teams with diverse areas of expertise.
• Act as a key facilitator between business and IT to foster real change and make a significant difference for our clients.

Who We Are Looking For

• You hold a degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or economics and have a proven track record in managing small engagements or parts of larger ones related to IT Infrastructure and IT Transformations.
• You possess strong analytical skills and can effectively communicate technical concepts both verbally and in writing.
• You enjoy taking ownership and facing challenges, driven by your motivation and interest in IT infrastructure and related technologies, staying current with industry trends.
• You are fluent in English and willing to travel (mostly within Switzerland); knowledge of German and/or French is a plus.
• Previous experience as a management consultant is advantageous.
