About the Role

As a Senior Consultant/Manager at Deloitte, you will join our Technology Strategy & Transformation specialists and help organizations develop strategies and implement systems that build business value and drive performance. With our in-depth knowledge and experience gained from working on some of the most complex IT projects globally, we are looking for someone with a background in IT infrastructure to add a technical perspective to IT strategy and operating model design, IT architecture, IT business management, IT agility advisory, and IT M&A projects. How You Can Make an Impact:

• Work with our clients' top technology executives to turn their visions into effective IT solutions.
• Lead and support large-scale transformational projects for clients, utilizing your expertise in digital/IT infrastructure, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Leverage your knowledge and experience, along with our international network of experts, to advise on and oversee the development of IT infrastructure that meets our clients' needs.
• Manage the implementation of technology solutions and coordinate teams with diverse areas of expertise.
• Act as a key facilitator between business and IT to create meaningful change and make a difference for our clients.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Graduated in (business) informatics, business administration, or economics, with a track record of managing small engagements or segments of larger projects related to IT infrastructure and IT transformations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts both verbally and in writing.
• Driven by ownership and the desire to face challenges, demonstrating motivation in IT infrastructure and related technologies while staying current with industry trends.
• Fluent in English and willing to travel (primarily within Switzerland); knowledge of German and/or French is a plus.
• Previous experience as a management consultant is a plus.
