As a Senior Consultant/Manager at Deloitte, you will be part of our Technology Strategy & Transformation specialists. Your role will involve advising international clients on cutting-edge technology to enhance their business operations. We are seeking a professional with a background in IT infrastructure who can provide a technical perspective on IT strategy, operating model design, IT architecture, IT business management, IT agility advisory, and IT M&A projects. How You Can Make an Impact

• Collaborate with our clients' top technology executives to transform their visions into effective IT solutions.
• Lead and support large-scale transformational projects, leveraging your expertise in digital/IT infrastructure, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Utilize your knowledge and experience, along with our international network of experts, to advise on the development of IT infrastructure that meets our clients' needs.
• Manage the implementation of technology solutions and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Act as a key facilitator between business and IT to drive meaningful change for our clients.

Who We Are Looking For

• A graduate in (business) informatics, business administration, or economics with a proven track record in managing small engagements or segments of larger projects in IT infrastructure and transformations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• A proactive individual who enjoys taking ownership of challenges and stays current with industry trends related to IT infrastructure.
• Fluency in English is essential; willingness to travel (mostly within Switzerland) is expected. Knowledge of German and/or French is a plus.
• Prior experience as a management consultant is an advantage.
