About the Role

As a Senior Consultant/Manager at Deloitte, you will join our Technology Strategy & Transformation specialists to advise international clients on cutting-edge technology for their business operations. Your role will involve helping organizations develop strategies and implement systems that build business value and drive performance. With our extensive knowledge and experience from some of the most complex IT projects globally, we are seeking someone with a background in IT infrastructure to provide a technical perspective on IT strategy, operating model design, IT architecture, IT business management, IT agility advisory, and IT M&A projects.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Collaborate with top technology executives to transform their visions into effective IT solutions.
• Lead and support large-scale transformational projects, utilizing your expertise in digital/IT infrastructure and project management.
• Advise and oversee the development of IT infrastructure that meets our clients' needs, leveraging our international network of experts.
• Manage the implementation of technology solutions and coordinate teams across various areas of expertise.
• Serve as a key facilitator between business and IT to create meaningful change for our clients.

Who We Are Looking For

• A degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or economics, with a track record of managing small engagements or parts of larger projects in IT Infrastructure and IT Transformations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• A proactive individual who enjoys taking ownership, with a deep interest in IT infrastructure and related technologies.
• Fluency in English is essential; willingness to travel (primarily within Switzerland) is required. Knowledge of German and/or French is a plus.
• Previous experience as a management consultant is advantageous.
