As a Senior Consultant/Manager at Deloitte, you will collaborate with our Technology Strategy & Transformation specialists, advising international clients on cutting-edge technology that enhances their business operations. With extensive experience from some of the most complex IT projects globally, we are seeking an individual with a background in IT infrastructure to inform IT strategy and shape operating model design, IT architecture, IT business management, IT agility advisory, and IT M&A projects. How You Can Make an Impact

• Work with top technology executives to transform their visions into effective IT solutions.
• Lead and support large-scale transformational projects, leveraging your expertise in digital/IT infrastructure, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Utilize your professional knowledge and our international network of experts to develop IT infrastructures that meet client needs.
• Manage the implementation of technology solutions and coordinate teams across various areas of expertise.
• Act as a pivotal facilitator between business and IT, driving real change for our clients.

Who We Are Looking For

• You hold a degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or economics, and have a track record of managing small engagements or parts of larger ones in IT infrastructure and transformations.
• Your strong analytical skills allow you to communicate technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• You take ownership of challenges, motivated by your interest in IT infrastructure and related technologies, and you stay updated with industry trends.
• You are fluent in English, willing to travel (primarily within Switzerland), and proficiency in German and/or French is a plus.
• Previous experience as a management consultant is advantageous.
