Advise international clients on cutting-edge technology for their business operations

As a Senior Consultant/Manager at Deloitte, you will join our Technology Strategy & Transformation specialists and help organizations develop strategies and implement systems that build business value and drive performance. With our in-depth knowledge and experience gained from working on some of the most complex IT projects globally, we are looking for someone with a background in IT infrastructure to apply their knowledge and give a technical lens to IT strategy and operating model design, IT architecture, IT business management, IT agility advisory, and IT M&A projects. How You Can Make an Impact

• Work with our client's top technology executives to turn their visions into effective IT solutions.
• Lead and support large-scale transformational projects for clients, using your expertise in digital/IT infrastructure, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Use your knowledge and experience, along with our international network of experts, to advise and oversee the development of IT infrastructure that meets our clients' needs.
• Manage the implementation of technology solutions and coordinate teams with different areas of expertise.
• Act as a key facilitator between business and IT to create real change and make a difference for our clients.

Who We Are Looking For

• After graduating in (business) informatics, business administration, or economics, you have built a track record of managing small engagements or parts of larger ones in the context of IT Infrastructure and IT Transformations.
• You possess strong analytical skills and can effectively communicate technical concepts both verbally and in writing.
• You enjoy taking ownership and facing challenges. Your motivation and interest in IT infrastructure and related technologies drive you to stay up-to-date with industry trends and grow your expertise.
• You are fluent in English and willing to travel (mostly within Switzerland). Knowledge of German and/or French is a plus.
• Previous experience as a management consultant is advantageous.
