Job Description

As a Senior Consultant/Manager at Deloitte, you will join our Technology Strategy & Transformation specialists to assist international clients in leveraging cutting-edge technology for their business operations. You will help organizations develop strategies and implement systems that enhance business value and drive performance. If you have a background in IT infrastructure, your technical insights will be invaluable in IT strategy and operating model design, IT architecture, IT business management, IT agility advisory, and IT M&A projects.

Your Impact

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with top technology executives to transform their visions into effective IT solutions.
• Lead and support large-scale transformational projects, utilizing your expertise in digital/IT infrastructure, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Leverage your knowledge and our international network of experts to advise on the development of IT infrastructure that meets our clients' needs.
• Manage the implementation of technology solutions and coordinate with teams across various areas of expertise.
• Serve as a key facilitator between business and IT, driving real change and enhancing client outcomes.

Who We Are Looking For

• You hold a degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or economics and have built a track record in managing small engagements or portions of larger projects related to IT Infrastructure and IT Transformations.
• You possess strong analytical skills and can communicate complex technical concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• You are proactive, enjoy taking ownership, and thrive on overcoming challenges. Your passion for IT infrastructure and related technologies drives you to stay current with industry trends.
• You are fluent in English and willing to travel primarily within Switzerland; knowledge of German and/or French is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a management consultant is a plus.
