Help Our Clients Successfully Manage Global Challenges

As a Senior Consultant in the Global Employer Services (GES) team, you will provide multi-national companies with targeted advice and strategies for efficiently managing Global Mobility programs. Our team supports clients in the end-to-end management of global compensation for internationally mobile employees, along with optimizing tax compliance and positions. As part of the US Tax team, you will also advise on US tax returns and compliance topics.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Coordinate global tax compliance services, liaising directly with clients and Deloitte offices worldwide.
• Prepare and review US individual income tax returns for US resident and nonresident taxpayers.
• Conduct tax reconciliations and tax equalization calculations, assisting with the successful management of Global Mobility programs for our clients.
• Oversee the completion of tasks and ensure quality work delivered by junior team members.
• Interpret and implement International Assignment Policies to ensure consistent global tax treatment.
• Advise clients on tax and social security implications regarding global employment issues, including tax residency and double taxation avoidance.

Who We Are Looking For

• You have completed your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Accountancy, or Law.
• You possess 3+ years of US tax experience/knowledge and are pursuing relevant qualifications (e.g., EA, CPA, etc.).
• Experience in global mobility or a "Big-4" firm is a plus.
• You are proactive, take initiative, and thrive in project teams with a systematic approach.
• You communicate fluently in English, with additional languages being an advantage.
