Help Our Clients Successfully Manage Global Challenges

As a Senior Consultant in the Global Employer Services (GES) team, you will provide multinational companies with targeted advice and strategies for efficiently managing Global Mobility programs. Our team supports clients with the comprehensive management of global compensation for internationally mobile employees, optimizing tax compliance and positions. As part of the US Tax team, you will additionally advise on US tax returns and compliance topics.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Coordinate our global tax compliance services, liaising directly with clients and Deloitte offices worldwide.
• Prepare and review US individual income tax returns for US resident and non-resident taxpayers, including various relevant forms.
• Prepare and review tax reconciliations and tax equalization calculations, overseeing various tasks related to the successful management of Global Mobility programs.
• Oversee the completion of tasks and ensure quality of work done by junior team members.
• Interpret and implement International Assignment Policies and ensure consistent global tax treatment of various assignment compensation items and allowances.
• Advise clients on tax and social security implications related to a range of global employment issues, including tax residency, avoidance of double taxation, and complex compensation taxation.

Who We Are Looking For

• You have successfully completed your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Accountancy, or Law.
• You ideally have 3+ years of US tax experience/knowledge and hold or are pursuing relevant qualifications (e.g., EA, CPA, etc.).
• Experience in global mobility or with a “Big-4” firm is a definite plus.
• You are curious, take the initiative, and are comfortable taking on responsibility within project teams with a systematic approach.
• You communicate fluently in English; any additional languages are an advantage.
