How You Can Make an Impact:

• As a Workday Senior Consultant / Manager, your role will focus on advising and implementing cloud technology solutions for a diverse range of clients and industries.
• Assist our clients in transforming their HR function by digitalizing their HR environment through cloud technologies such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or ServiceNow HR, enhancing both employee experiences and HR efficiency.
• Utilize your expert knowledge and experience in cloud solutions to execute deliverables independently and with high quality.
• Align HR functional and technological drivers with business objectives to tailor action plans that effectively address client challenges.
• Perform quality assurance and provide strategic advice on HR IT strategies and roadmaps, focusing on design and improvement.
• Gain opportunities to specialize and acquire certifications in leading HR technology tools.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience in shaping digital HR strategies and implementing HR cloud technologies (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or ServiceNow HRSD).
• A relevant certification in one or more HR cloud technologies (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow HRSD).
• Relevant work experience with Workday or HR processes, preferably from a consultancy firm.
• A university degree in HR, Business, or IT with excellent academic results.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Experience in M&A projects or environments is a plus (Mergers and Acquisitions, including divestments).
• Fluent in written and spoken English and German (mandatory); French is a plus.
