How You Can Make an Impact:

• As a Workday Senior Consultant / Manager, you will advise and implement cloud technology solutions for a diverse range of clients and industries.
• Assist clients in transforming their HR function by digitizing their HR environment with cloud technologies such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or ServiceNow HR. These technologies enhance both employee experiences and HR efficiency.
• Utilize your expert knowledge and experience in cloud solutions to deliver high-quality work independently.
• Align HR functional and technological drivers with business goals to craft tailored action plans utilizing proven methodologies to address client challenges.
• Perform quality assurance and provide guidance on HR IT strategies and roadmaps, working to create and refine these strategies.
• Specialize and achieve certifications in leading HR technology tools available in the market.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience in shaping digital HR strategies and implementing HR cloud technologies (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or ServiceNow HRSD).
• A certification in one or more HR cloud technologies (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow HRSD).
• Relevant experience with Workday or HR processes, preferably within a consultancy environment.
• A relevant university degree (HR, Business, or IT) with outstanding academic results.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with clients and colleagues, along with strong interpersonal abilities to foster long-term relationships.
• Experience in M&A projects or environments is advantageous, specifically in Mergers and Acquisitions, including divestments.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and German is mandatory; proficiency in French is a plus.
