How You Can Make an Impact:

• As a Workday Senior Consultant / Manager, your focus will be on advising and implementing cloud technology solutions for a diverse range of clients and industries.
• Help clients transform their HR functions by digitizing their HR environments using cloud technologies such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or ServiceNow HR.
• Contribute by leveraging expert knowledge on cloud solutions, delivering high-quality results independently.
• Align HR functional and technological drivers with business goals to create effective action plans.
• Perform quality assurance and provide strategic advice regarding HR IT strategies and roadmaps.
• Specialize and obtain certifications in leading HR technology tools on the market.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience in shaping digital HR strategies and implementing HR cloud technologies (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or ServiceNow HRSD).
• Certification in one or more HR cloud technologies (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow HRSD).
• Relevant work experience in Workday or HR processes, ideally within a consultancy firm.
• A relevant university degree (HR, Business, or IT) with excellent academic results.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client and colleague relationships.
• Experience in M&A projects or environments is a plus.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and German (mandatory); French is an advantage.
