How You Can Make an Impact:

As a Workday Senior Consultant / Manager, your focus will be on advising and implementing cloud technology solutions for a diverse range of clients and industries:

• Assist our clients in transforming their HR function by digitalizing their HR environment, utilizing cloud technologies such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or ServiceNow HR.
• Improve employee experience and HR efficiency for employers through innovative technology.
• Apply your expert knowledge and experience on cloud solutions, executing deliverables independently with a focus on quality.
• Align HR functional and technological drivers with business drivers to tailor action plans that effectively address client challenges.
• Perform quality assurance and provide guidance on HR IT strategies, including their design and enhancement.
• Specialize and obtain certifications in leading tools in the HR technology sector.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience in shaping digital HR strategy and implementing HR cloud technologies (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or ServiceNow HRSD).
• Certification in one or more HR cloud technologies (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow HRSD).
• Relevant working experience in Workday or HR processes, preferably at a consultancy firm.
• A relevant university degree (HR, Business, or IT) with strong academic results.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with clients and colleagues, and the ability to foster long-term relationships.
• Experience in M&A projects or environments is advantageous.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and German (mandatory); French is a plus.
