How You Can Make an Impact:

• As a Workday Senior Consultant / Manager, you will advise and implement cloud technology solutions for a diverse range of clients and industries.
• Assist clients in transforming their HR function by digitalizing their HR environment using cloud technologies such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or ServiceNow HR to realize these changes. These technologies enhance employee experience and improve HR efficiency for employers.
• Contribute by applying your expert knowledge and experience in cloud solutions, executing deliverables independently and with quality.
• Align HR functional and technological drivers with business drivers to tailor action plans that can best resolve client challenges using proven methodologies.
• Perform quality assurance and provide advice on HR IT strategies and roadmaps, including their design and improvement.
• Specialize and obtain certifications in leading HR technology tools.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience in shaping digital HR strategy and implementing HR cloud technologies (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or ServiceNow HRSD).
• A certification in one or more of the HR cloud technologies (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow HRSD).
• Relevant working experience in Workday or HR processes, preferably in a consultancy firm.
• A relevant university degree (HR, Business, or IT) with excellent academic results.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with clients and fellow consultants, alongside great interpersonal abilities to foster long-term relationships.
• Experience in working in M&A projects or environments is an advantage (Mergers and Acquisitions, including divestments).
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and German (mandatory); French is a plus.
