Drive Transformation in our Individual Tax Practice

As a Senior Consultant – (Assistant) Manager in our Delivery Transformation team, you will closely collaborate with our tax professionals and developers to deliver projects that transform the way we work at Deloitte Tax & Legal. With your experience in individual taxation and your affinity for technology and transformation, you will play a key role in the continuous development and improvement of our technology solutions within the Individual Tax Practice.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Together with subject matter experts and developers, work on cross-functional projects to help transform the service delivery model of our Individual Tax Practice.
• Leverage your individual tax expertise to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose and comply with our quality standards.
• Act as the product owner of existing solutions to ensure they are maintained and up to date.
• Apply your affinity for emerging technology to identify and design cutting-edge tools and solutions.
• Assist your junior colleagues in their development by providing guidance, training, regular coaching, and feedback.

Who We Are Looking For

• You enjoy challenging the status quo and are interested in the broader context of your work while demonstrating independence, efficiency, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• You have a strong interest in technology and transformation, actively keeping up with the latest trends and developments. Experience in software development and/or building low-code/no-code solutions is a plus.
• You hold a commercial apprenticeship degree, an academic qualification, a certified fiduciary diploma (Treuhänder), or a Swiss tax expert diploma (Steuerexperte).
• You have 3-5 years of professional experience in Swiss taxation, focusing on individual taxation. Consulting experience is an asset, and strong Swiss tax technical knowledge is a must.
• You communicate confidently in English. Proficiency in German or French is advantageous.
