Join us to assist clients during their most challenging transactions and unlock their full value creation potential! The Corporate Finance M&A Advisory Team offers our clients financial and strategic advice in the context of M&A transactions.

Our Financial Institutions vertical features a dedicated group of highly qualified individuals with an impressive track record of completed deals, trained in investment banks and Big4 corporate finance teams. This team is the leading advisor in this vertical in Switzerland.

As a new team member, you will have the opportunity to contribute to live mandates and be involved in deal generation from day one.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Develop and broaden your network and interact with C-suite clients while supporting business strategists on demanding domestic and cross-border projects.
• Enhance your deal execution experience, covering project management, financial analysis, transaction document preparation, and client presentations.
• Participate in landmark transactions within the Swiss marketplace, providing buy- and sell-side M&A advisory services to leading Financial Institutions in Switzerland.
• Join a global network of financial services-focused M&A specialists while working in a professional, diverse, and enjoyable environment.
• Mentor and train junior staff in developing financial and valuation models.

Who We Are Looking For

We seek an open and curious individual with strong analytical and interpersonal skills—a true team player who communicates effectively at all levels, inspiring both internal and external teams. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A deep understanding of the financial services sector in Switzerland or internationally, and 3-6 years of relevant experience.
• Prior work experience in M&A transaction execution at an investment bank, consultancy firm, corporate development, private equity, or a Big4 firm, demonstrating reliability and a capacity to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• The ability to work independently under the supervision of an Engagement Director, including competency in developing financial models, information memoranda, and managing day-to-day client communications.
• Outstanding collaboration skills across all levels, with a strong sense of urgency and effective communication abilities.
• Professional working proficiency in French and/or German, and English.
