Our Tax Team delivers integrated tax services that empower our clients to navigate both local and global challenges. Are you ready to advise discerning clients on various tax regulatory regimes?

As a Senior Consultant, you will be a key member of our Financial Services Tax (FSI) team. You will play an essential role in supporting specialists on tax regulatory advisory and compliance projects for Swiss and international banks, insurance and trust companies, as well as asset managers.

How You Can Make an Impact

  • Embrace the opportunity to take on client-facing roles from day one, contributing to cross-divisional projects across various industries.
  • Deepen your knowledge of tax aspects relevant to the financial services sector, including:
    • Client tax reporting regimes such as the US FATCA, the OECD Automatic Exchange of Information (CRS), and the Crypto Assets Reporting Framework (CARF);
    • EU Directives including DAC6, DAC8, and FASTER;
    • Transaction-related taxes like Swiss Stamp Duty and European FTTs;
    • Withholding taxes on financial income, including Qualified Intermediary rules and related refund procedures;
    • Taxation of financial products under Swiss and foreign tax rules, including special regimes such as §871(m) or §1446.
  • Collaborate directly with senior team members on regulatory research, client presentations, and proposals. You may also participate in client meetings and assist with ad-hoc regulatory reviews and audits.
  • Contribute to a cross-divisional and international team, collaborating with colleagues from various global locations.
  • Take charge of your own career with a transparent, long-term career path supported by professional training opportunities for your development.

Who We Are Looking For

  • You possess a Master's degree, preferably in business administration, economics, or law, ideally with a focus on tax knowledge.
  • You have 2 to 4 years of pertinent experience in the areas mentioned, acquired at a Big Four firm or in-house at a bank, with a minimum of:
    • Experience in QI, FATCA, and CRS (periodic) reviews.
    • An understanding of QI, FATCA, and CRS reporting requirements. Direct experience in the reporting cycle would be advantageous.
    • Participation in QI, FATCA, and CRS advisory projects that involved research and drafting responses, either at a Big Four firm or internally for stakeholders.
  • Additional experience in Swiss corporate tax and/or AML/KYC would be a plus.
  • You have a positive and pragmatic attitude, along with a readiness to take on responsibilities.
  • Display a proactive, detail-oriented, and service-minded approach.
  • You are committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Show an interest in exploring complex questions while embodying our core values: curiosity, respect, and inclusivity.
  • You are eager to learn and develop professionally.
  • Work independently, efficiently, and with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Fluency in both French and English is required; Italian is a plus.
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
