Your Role

As a Senior Consultant – (Assistant) Manager in our Delivery Transformation team, you will closely collaborate with our tax professionals and developers to deliver transformative projects within Deloitte Tax & Legal. Your expertise in individual taxation, combined with your affinity for technology and transformation, will play a critical role in the ongoing development and enhancement of our technology solutions within the Individual Tax Practice.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and developers on cross-functional projects to reshape the service delivery model of our Individual Tax Practice.
• Utilize your individual tax expertise to ensure that solutions meet the required standards and are fit for purpose.
• Act as the product owner for existing solutions, ensuring they are maintained and kept up to date.
• Apply your interest in emerging technologies to identify and design innovative tools and solutions.
• Foster the development of junior colleagues through mentorship, providing regular coaching and feedback.

Who We Are Looking For

• You enjoy challenging the status quo and have a keen interest in the broader context of your work, demonstrating independence, efficiency, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• You have a strong interest in technology and transformation, staying informed of the latest trends and developments. Experience in software development and/or building low-code/no-code solutions is a plus.
• You hold a commercial apprenticeship degree, an academic qualification, a certified fiduciary diploma (Treuhänder), or a Swiss tax expert diploma (Steuerexperte).
• You have 3-5 years of professional experience in Swiss taxation, focusing on individual taxation. Consulting experience is advantageous, and strong Swiss tax technical knowledge is essential.
• You communicate confidently in English; proficiency in German or French is a plus.
