How You Can Make an Impact

• Develop data strategies that enable clients to meet their business objectives across regulatory, cost, and revenue pillars.
• Design complex data and analytics transformations while providing architectural, technical, and organizational thought leadership.
• Drive Data & AI use cases from business value concept to production.
• Develop and maintain trusted client relationships through project work or business development.
• Support business development initiatives to generate new projects.
• Act as a role model, demonstrating a strong work ethic, leadership, and subject matter competence.
• Enhance expertise in various industries and share knowledge with Deloitte talent.

Consulting and Communication Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create impactful presentations.
• Strong conceptual capability to consolidate diverse requirements into coherent solution designs.
• Skilled as a business-IT translator, leading requirement analysis and bridging business needs with technical solutions.
• Proven ability to guide nearshore and offshore technical implementation teams.
• Expertise in integrating system components and leading technical workshops for clear communication.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong background in Engineering and/or Mathematics.
• Substantial experience with Python; experience with R is a plus.
• Experience delivering Generative AI, AI, Machine Learning, and/or Analytics solutions on cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and services required to bring use cases to production.
• Experience with data science tools like Snowflake, Databricks, and Dataiku is advantageous.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau is beneficial.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is highly preferred for effective communication.

Industry Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in consulting, tech companies, or industry-specific roles, particularly in data-driven fields.
• Previous experience in Banking, Insurance, Life Sciences, or Healthcare sectors is advantageous.
