How You Can Make an Impact

• Develop data strategies that align with clients' business objectives across regulatory, cost, and revenue domains.
• Design complex data and analytics transformations, providing architectural and organizational thought leadership to guide clients through these critical changes.
• Drive Data & AI use cases from conceptualization to production.
• Foster trusted client relationships through project work and business development, while expanding your professional network.
• Support business development efforts to generate new projects.
• Serve as a role model for your colleagues by demonstrating strong work ethic, leadership, and subject matter expertise.

• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills: adept at creating impactful presentations.
• Conceptual Capability: proficient in synthesizing diverse requirements into coherent solution designs, simplifying complex problems.
• Business-IT Translator: skilled in leading requirement analysis and bridging business needs with technical solutions.
• Team Collaboration and Leadership: proven ability to guide both nearshore and offshore teams for successful project execution.
• Technical Integration: adept at integrating system components and leading technical workshops.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong background in Engineering and/or Mathematics.
• Solid experience with Python; familiarity with R is a plus.
• Experience with Generative AI, AI, Machine Learning, and/or Analytics solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and related services preferred.
• Experience with data science tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, and Dataiku is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Data Visualization tools like PowerBI and Tableau is a bonus.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in English; fluency in German and/or French is highly preferred to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Industry Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in consulting, tech firms, or specialized roles in data-driven domains.
• Experience in Banking, Insurance, Life Sciences, or Healthcare sectors is advantageous.
