How You Can Make an Impact

• Develop data strategies that enable our clients to achieve their business objectives across regulatory, cost, and revenue dimensions.
• Design complex data & analytics transformations, providing architectural, technical, and organizational leadership while guiding clients through these critical changes.
• Drive Data & AI use cases from conceptualization to production.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients through project work and business development, expanding your professional network both internally and externally.
• Support business development initiatives to generate new projects.
• Serve as a role model for colleagues by demonstrating a strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and subject matter expertise.
• Enhance your knowledge in various industries and areas of expertise, sharing insights with the Deloitte team.

Consulting and Communication Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create impactful presentations.
• Strong conceptual skills, able to consolidate diverse requirements into coherent solution designs and simplify complex problems.
• Adept as a Business-IT Translator, leading requirement analysis and bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
• Proven team collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to guide nearshore and offshore technical teams ensuring effective collaboration and project success.
• Skilled in technical integration, capable of providing clear business explanations and leading technical workshops.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong background in Engineering and/or Mathematics.
• Substantial experience with Python; experience with R is a plus.
• Experience delivering Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Analytics solutions with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and adjacent services to bring use cases to production on cloud service platforms is highly preferred.
• Experience with data science workbench tools like Snowflake, Databricks, and Dataiku is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Data Visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau is a plus.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in English; fluency in German and/or French is preferred to facilitate communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Industry Experience:

• At least 3 years of practical experience in consulting, technology companies, or industry-specific roles, particularly in data-driven sectors.
• Experience in the Banking, Insurance, Life Sciences, or Healthcare sectors is beneficial.
