How You Can Make an Impact

• Design and implement modern data solutions in areas such as data management (e.g., data quality, master/reference data, catalogues, data platforms) that deliver high-quality, actionable data.
• Develop comprehensive data strategies to help clients achieve their business objectives across regulatory, cost, and revenue pillars.
• Architect and lead complex data and analytics transformations, guiding clients through significant organizational changes.
• Drive data and AI use cases from the concept phase to production deployment.
• Maintain trusted client relationships while expanding your network through project work and business development.
• Contribute to business development opportunities, generating new projects.
• Serve as a role model by exemplifying strong work ethic, leadership, and expertise.

• Technical Expertise:
  • Data Management:
    • Experience with 2+ projects implementing master data management, data quality, reference data, or catalogue solutions.
    • Leadership experience in managing nearshore/offshore teams.
    • Hands-on experience from vendor selection to implementation and operations.
    • Familiarity with solutions from vendors such as Collibra, Informatica, Azure, or GCP.
  • Cloud-Based Data Platforms:
    • Experience with 2+ projects in implementing data lakehouses.
    • Leadership experience in managing nearshore/offshore teams for implementations.
    • Hands-on experience through the entire process from vendor selection to implementation and operation.
    • Familiarity with solutions from vendors such as Azure, GCP, AWS, Snowflake, or Databricks.
    • Knowledge of common development methodologies.
    • Expertise in designing and documenting data and technical architecture for platforms.
• Language Proficiency:
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German and/or French is highly preferred.
• Industry Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and technical knowledge in data topics within consultancy, technology companies, or industry settings.
