For this role, we are currently offering start dates from September 2025 and will begin interviewing from March onwards.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Design and implement modern data solutions in the areas of data management (e.g. data quality, master and reference data, catalogues, data platforms) that provide high-quality, usable data.
• Develop data strategies that help clients achieve their business objectives across regulatory, cost, and revenue pillars.
• Lead complex data & analytics transformations by offering architectural, technical, and organizational thought leadership and guiding clients in executing these transformations, which have significant organizational implications.
• Drive Data & AI use cases from business value concept to production.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships through project work or business development and expand your network both internally and externally.
• Support business development initiatives to generate new project opportunities.
• Serve as a role model for colleagues by demonstrating strong work ethic, leadership, and subject matter expertise.
• Expand your expertise across various industry areas and share your knowledge with the broader Deloitte community.

  • Business-IT translator: Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Technical design: Attention to detail in conveying technical specifics in both oral and written form during 1-on-1 meetings and workshops.
  • Business development: Support opportunities by preparing and leading workshops with prospective clients.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Data Management:
    • Experience with 2+ projects implementing master data management, data quality, reference data, or catalogue solutions.
    • Experience leading nearshore/offshore teams for implementations.
    • Hands-on experience from vendor selection to implementation and operation of solutions.
    • Experience with tools from vendors such as Collibra, Informatica, Azure, or GCP.
  • Cloud-Based Data Platforms:
    • Experience with 2+ projects in implementing data lakehouses.
    • Experience leading nearshore/offshore teams in implementations.
    • Hands-on experience across the entire project journey from vendor selection to implementation and operational solutions.
    • Experience with tools from vendors such as Azure, GCP, AWS, Snowflake, or Databricks.
    • Familiarity with common development methodologies.
    • Experience in designing and documenting data and technical architecture for these platforms.
• Language Proficiency:
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German and/or French is highly preferred to facilitate communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Industry Experience:
  • At least 3 years of relevant practical experience and technical knowledge of data topics, preferably gained in a consultancy, tech company, or industry.
