As a Senior Consultant/Manager at Deloitte, you will collaborate with our Technology Strategy & Transformation specialists to advise international clients on cutting-edge technology for their business operations. Your expertise will help organizations formulate strategies and implement systems that enhance business value and drive performance.

We seek individuals with a background in IT infrastructure who can provide a technical perspective on IT strategy, operating model design, IT architecture, IT business management, IT agility advisory, and IT M&A projects. How You Can Make an Impact

• Collaborate with top technology executives to translate their visions into effective IT solutions.
• Lead and support large-scale transformational projects for clients, leveraging your expertise in digital/IT infrastructure and project management.
• Utilize your knowledge and experience, along with our international network of experts, to guide the development of IT infrastructure tailored to client needs.
• Coordinate the implementation of technology solutions and manage teams from various areas of expertise.
• Serve as a vital bridge between business and IT to foster meaningful change for our clients.

Who We Are Looking For

• Graduated in (business) informatics, business administration, or economics and demonstrated a track record of managing small engagements or components of larger projects in IT Infrastructure and IT Transformations.
• Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Have a strong sense of ownership and the ability to tackle challenges, driven by a keen interest in IT infrastructure and related technologies.
• Fluent in English, with a willingness to travel (primarily within Switzerland); knowledge of German and/or French is a plus.
• Previous experience as a management consultant is advantageous.
