Your Key Responsibilities
- Participate in ongoing engagements within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) area, including the design, analysis, transformation, and optimization of business processes—both technical and functional—that contribute to our clients' success.
- Provide support through procurement and accounting expertise in terms of processes, technology, and best practices.
- Assist in the development and execution of our P2P offering by collaborating with team members, EY practices, and external technology providers.
- Support market research screening regarding the latest P2P technologies and industry standards.
- Engage in knowledge-sharing and learning opportunities within the team to enhance internal capabilities.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- A university degree in economics, finance, or a related field with excellent results.
- Relevant experience and/or internships in consulting.
- A strong technological drive, with experience in digital transformation initiatives.
- An understanding of AI and its application to business processes.
- Experience in Procure-to-Pay, with a focus on the downstream process (Accounts Payable preferred).
- Familiarity with SAP FI & MM, as well as procurement and invoicing platforms is advantageous.
- Strong analytical thinking, customer and service orientation, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
