As a Senior Consultant/Manager at Deloitte, you will join our Technology Strategy & Transformation specialists to help organizations develop strategies and implement systems that enhance business value and drive performance. With our extensive knowledge and experience from some of the most complex IT projects globally, we seek someone with a background in IT infrastructure to provide a technical perspective on IT strategy, operating model design, IT architecture, IT business management, IT agility advisory, and IT M&A projects. How You Can Make an Impact

• Collaborate with top technology executives to transform their visions into effective IT solutions.
• Lead and support large-scale transformational projects, leveraging your expertise in digital/IT infrastructure, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Utilize your skills and experience, along with our international network of experts, to advise and oversee the development of IT infrastructure that aligns with client needs.
• Manage technology solution implementations and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Act as a key bridge between business and IT to create substantial changes and deliver real value for our clients.

Who We Are Looking For

• You possess a degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or economics, with a proven record of managing small engagements or portions of larger projects in IT Infrastructure and IT Transformations.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts both verbally and in writing are essential.
• You are proactive and enjoy taking ownership while tackling challenges, with a keen interest in IT infrastructure and a commitment to stay updated on industry trends.
• Fluency in English is required, and a willingness to travel (primarily within Switzerland) is expected. Proficiency in German and/or French is a plus.
• Previous experience as a management consultant is advantageous.
