Role Summary
We are a specialist consulting firm focused exclusively on the Online Gambling Industry. As a Senior Consultant, you will assist our clients—leading sportsbook operators, lottery companies, and gaming-platform providers—in streamlining their operations, accelerating digital transformation, and staying ahead of rapidly evolving regulatory changes. You will optimize processes, steer cross-functional initiatives, and ensure the flawless execution of each client’s strategic roadmap, while coordinating multidisciplinary teams across several countries. Additionally, you will manage and mentor operational development teams that cover Payments, Anti-Money Laundering, Responsible Gambling, Fraud, and Customer Support functions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Operations Management
- Design and implement operational processes that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Work across multiple jurisdictions (primarily Switzerland, UK, Spain, Portugal) to ensure regulatory compliance.
Payment Management & Product Innovation
- Design and negotiate best-in-class payment solutions to minimize costs and increase conversion rates.
- Launch innovative features to enhance the user experience.
Digital Optimisation & Customer Experience
- Lead A/B testing and multivariate analysis programs to improve digital product performance.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research based on customer feedback to create tailored solutions.
- Redesign customer journeys to maximize acquisition and retention.
Leadership & Team Development
- Manage and inspire large, multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Identify key talent and support their growth through mentoring and training.
Cross-Functional Project Management
- Build and monitor cross-functional strategic roadmaps with technical, business, and product teams.
- Drive complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, delivering fit-for-purpose solutions on time and within budget.

- Payments Expertise: Mastery of international payment processing, gateway integration, risk mitigation, chargeback reduction, and conversion optimization.
- Interpersonal Communication: Excellent negotiation and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Degree: Bachelor of Science (Mathematics or a related field).
- Experience: 7–10 years in senior leadership roles within digital and international environments.
- Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, digital product design, and international payments.
- Full professional proficiency in English (mandatory); ideally another European language (German, French, Spanish, or Portuguese).
- Strong track record in leading large teams and managing change.
- Thrives in dynamic settings, combining creativity with disciplined execution.
