As a Senior Consultant / (Senior) Manager, you will support our insurance industry clients striving for market share and growth amid ongoing market transformation. With changing customer expectations, the increasing influence of technology and AI, and new business models, you’ll help our clients navigate these complexities with your fresh perspective and innovative vision.

• Work closely with our clients at the heart of their business by implementing innovative strategies, crafting effective operating models, integrating core systems, and optimizing business processes across sales and distribution, marketing, underwriting, operations, customer service, and claims.
• Provide clients with unique insights on building flexible, innovative business and operating models rooted in strong foundations.
• Lead the development of thought leadership that defines the future of insurance, providing value and opening doors for our clients.

Who We Are Looking For

• You are curious, passionate about learning, and able to enrich our projects with your fresh perspective while surveying, articulating, and developing solutions to complex challenges.
• You have a passion for driving initiatives related to strategy development, operating model redesign, core platform transformation, customer-centric design, and process digitization within the insurance industry.
• You possess a university degree with a strong academic record and relevant work experience in insurance and/or with a major consulting firm.
• You have a solid understanding of the insurance value chain and its core processes, including sales & distribution, underwriting, policy administration, claims, and customer service management.
• Familiarity with core insurance platforms (e.g., Guidewire) is a plus.
• Fluency in German and English is required; additional French is a plus.
