Help our clients successfully manage global challenges

As a Senior Consultant in the Global Employer Services (GES) team, you will provide multi-national companies with targeted advice and strategies for managing Global Mobility programs efficiently. Our team supports clients with end-to-end management of global compensation for internationally mobile employees, along with the optimization of tax compliance and positions. As part of the US Tax team, you will also advise on US tax returns and compliance topics.

How you can make an impact

• Coordinate our global tax compliance services, liaising directly with clients and Deloitte offices worldwide.
• Prepare and review US individual income tax returns for US resident and nonresident taxpayers.
• Prepare and review tax reconciliations and tax equalization calculations, handling various tasks related to the management of Global Mobility programs.
• Oversee the quality of work done by junior team members.
• Interpret and implement International Assignment Policies for consistent global tax treatment of various compensation items and allowances.
• Advise clients on tax and social security implications related to global employment issues, including tax residency and the avoidance of double taxation.

Who we are looking for

• You have successfully completed your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Accountancy, or Law.
• Ideally, you have 3+ years of US tax experience or knowledge and are pursuing or will pursue relevant qualifications (e.g., EA, CPA, etc.).
• Experience in global mobility or with a “Big-4” firm is a plus.
• You are curious, proactive, and enjoy taking on responsibility while working in project teams with a systematic approach.
• You communicate fluently in English; additional languages are an advantage.
