Key Responsibilities

• Optimize processes and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.

• Oversee the execution of each client's strategic roadmap with precision.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across several countries to achieve shared goals.
• Manage and mentor operational development teams focusing on Payments, Anti-Money Laundering, Responsible Gambling, Fraud, and Customer Support functions.
