Job Overview

As a (Senior) Consultant at Deloitte, you will join our Technology Strategy & Transformation specialists and advise international clients on cutting-edge technology for their business operations. You will help organizations develop strategies and implement systems that build business value and drive performance. With our expertise from managing some of the most complex IT projects globally, you will gain valuable insights across various domains, including IT strategy, operating model design, IT architecture, and IT business management.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Collaborate with key technology executives to translate strategies into effective IT operating models.
• Support clients from major Swiss and international organizations to enhance their IT functions and technology capabilities while embracing agile practices.
• Impact large-scale IT transformation programs and shape the interaction between IT and the business side.
• Assess IT service requirements, derive tailor-made technology target operating models, and enable business access to IT services.

Who We Are Looking For

• You display strong analytical skills, with the ability to communicate and present ideas and findings effectively, both orally and in writing.
• You are proficient in MS Office, demonstrate project management skills, and have experience in IT process management, business partnering, or organizational development.
• With a degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or economics, you have a track record of managing small engagements or parts of larger projects; any ITIL or Agile certifications are an asset.
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience working with technology operating models and driving IT transformations in a consulting or corporate environment.
• You communicate fluently in English and German, are willing to travel mainly within Switzerland, and possess additional French language skills as an advantage.
