How You Can Make an Impact:

• Engage in challenging ServiceNow projects, either as part of a larger team or in advisory roles on smaller engagements.
• Support clients through complex Enterprise Service Management transformations and ServiceNow implementations.
• Collaborate across several industries, including Life Sciences, Financial Services, Consumer Products, and the Public Sector.
• Work with a team of international, professional colleagues and participate in business development, marketing initiatives, and practice development activities.
• Expand your network by collaborating with other parts of the company or member firms outside of Switzerland.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in leading and planning ServiceNow implementations (ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, SAM, Sec Ops, IRM, or associated modules) for major business and system transformation efforts.
• Experience in management consulting, specifically in managing and resolving technical and delivery issues on ServiceNow delivery projects alongside client stakeholders.
• Proficiency in shaping technical solutions while working with a client’s technical/enterprise architects.
• Demonstrated technical project management and/or leadership skills, with experience in managing design and development teams through full delivery lifecycles, encompassing project financial management.
• Experience working with near-shore and off-shore delivery teams.
