As a Senior Consultant or (Senior) Manager, you will support our insurance industry clients as they strive for market share and growth in an era of significant market transformation. By addressing evolving customer expectations, the increasing influence of technology and AI, and new business models, you will provide a fresh perspective and forward-thinking vision to help your clients navigate these challenges.

• Work closely with our clients, implementing innovative strategies, crafting the right operating model, integrating core systems, and optimizing business processes in areas such as sales and distribution, marketing, underwriting, operations, customer service, and claims.
• Provide insights that help clients build flexible, innovative business and operating models grounded in a strong foundation.
• Support and lead the development of thought leadership that insights the future of insurance, serving as both a value add and opening door opportunities with our clients.

Who We Are Looking For

• You are curious, passionate about learning, and able to contribute fresh perspectives to our projects while articulating and developing solutions to complex problems.
• You have a deep interest in driving strategy development, operating model redesign, core platform transformations, customer-centric design, process digitization, and cost optimization in the insurance sector.
• You hold a university degree with a strong academic record and possess relevant work experience in insurance and/or with a major consulting firm.
• You have a solid understanding of the insurance value chain and its core processes, including sales & distribution, underwriting, policy administration, claims, and customer service management.
• Familiarity with core insurance platforms (e.g., Guidewire) is a plus.
• Fluency in German and English is required; additional French is an advantage.

Your Team

You will be joining our Insurance Operations & Solutions team - a diverse group of professionals dedicated to advising on, designing, implementing, and deploying solutions focused on the core aspects of the business (e.g,. sales and distribution, underwriting, operations, and claims) within Property & Casualty, Life, and Health Insurance.
