How You Can Make an Impact:

• As a Workday Senior Consultant / Manager, your focus will be on advising and implementing cloud technology solutions for a diverse range of clients and industries.
• Assist clients in transforming their HR function by digitalizing their HR environment, utilizing cloud technologies such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or ServiceNow HR to drive this change. These technologies represent the future of HR, enhancing both employee experience and HR efficiency for employers.
• Contribute by applying your expert knowledge and experience with cloud solutions, executing deliverables independently and with a focus on quality.
• Align HR functional and/or technological drivers with business objectives to tailor action plans using proven methodologies that effectively address client challenges.
• Perform quality assurance and provide advice on HR IT strategies and roadmaps, enhancing and refining these strategies as needed.
• Gain opportunities to specialize and obtain certifications in leading HR technology tools.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience in shaping digital HR strategy and implementing HR cloud technologies (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or ServiceNow HRSD).
• A certification in one or more HR cloud technologies (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow HRSD).
• Relevant working experience in Workday or HR processes, preferably within a consultancy firm.
• A relevant university degree (HR, Business, or IT) with outstanding academic results.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with clients and colleagues, strong interpersonal capabilities, and the ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships.
• Experience in M&A projects or environments is advantageous (including mergers, acquisitions, and divestments).
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and German (mandatory); French is a plus.
