We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Consultant / Manager to lead and manage HR transformation projects. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in revamping HR Target Operating Models, enhancing technology infrastructure, and driving strategic initiatives that optimise HR functions across hire-to-retire, onboarding, and talent management.
