As a Senior Consultant – (Assistant) Manager in our Delivery Transformation team, you will closely collaborate with our tax professionals and developers to deliver projects that transform the way we work at Deloitte Tax & Legal. With your experience in individual taxation and your affinity for technology and transformation, you will play a key role in the continuous development and improvement of our technology solutions within the Individual Tax Practice.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Together with subject matter experts and developers, you work on cross-functional projects to help transform the service delivery model of our Individual Tax Practice.
• Leverage your individual tax expertise to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose and comply with our quality standards.
• Act as product owner of existing solutions to ensure the solutions are maintained and up to date.
• Apply your affinity for emerging technology to identify and design cutting-edge tools and solutions.
• Help your junior colleagues develop and grow by guiding them through their training and providing regular coaching and feedback.

Who We Are Looking For

• You challenge the status quo, are interested in the broader context of your role, and work independently, efficiently, and solution-oriented.
• You have a demonstrated interest in technology and transformation and stay updated with the latest technology trends and developments. Experience in software development and/or building low-code/no-code solutions is a plus.
• You hold a commercial apprenticeship degree, an academic qualification, a certified fiduciary diploma (Treuhänder), or a Swiss tax expert diploma (Steuerexperte).
• You possess 3 – 5 years of professional experience in Swiss taxation (with a focus on individual taxation). Consulting experience is an asset. Strong Swiss tax technical knowledge is essential.
• You communicate confidently in English; proficiency in German or French is advantageous.
