Your Key Responsibilities
- Participate in ongoing engagements within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) area, focusing on the design, analysis, transformation, and optimization of business processes—both technical and functional—that contribute to client success.
- Provide support through procurement and accounting expertise regarding processes, technology, and best practices.
- Assist in the development and execution of our P2P offerings by collaborating with team members, EY practices, and external technology providers.
- Engage in market research to explore the latest P2P technologies and industry standards.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing and learning opportunities within the team to enhance internal capabilities.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- A university degree in economics, finance, or a related field with excellent results.
- Relevant experience and/or internships in consulting.
- Strong technological drive and experience in digital transformation initiatives.
- Understanding of AI and its application to business processes.
- Experience in Procure-to-Pay, particularly in the downstream process (Accounts Payable preferred).
- Familiarity with SAP FI & MM, and procurement and invoicing platforms is advantageous.
- Analytical thinking, customer and service orientation, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
