Working with the Controls Transformation team means you will help our clients achieve their business performance goals by utilizing various techniques and the latest technology to develop smart, lean, and efficient internal control frameworks that cater to both business needs and the digital landscape of the future. Your daily responsibilities may include delivering projects related to controls transformation on both operational and strategic levels and advising clients on leveraging ERP functionalities, primarily SAP S/4HANA, to optimize internal control designs.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Advising clients on controls enhancement opportunities aimed at embracing technologies such as ERP functionalities (SAP S/4HANA).
• Supporting clients in transforming their internal controls framework while ensuring compliance.
• Leading projects that cover all engagement delivery aspects, from scoping and team selection to delivery, risk, and quality management.
• Assisting SAP Internal Controls go-to-market initiatives and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to develop new market offerings and enhance existing ones.
• Leading, inspiring, developing, and coaching the team.

Who We Are Looking For

• You are organized and possess strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities, enabling you to build robust relationships with clients and manage and develop others in an advisory capacity.
• You have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in delivering ERP controls transformation or ERP audit projects and a solid understanding of the main SAP S/4HANA business processes, along with how to leverage new functionalities for compliance and internal controls.
• You are familiar with automated controls in the form of ERP configurations.
• You have good knowledge of core business processes (e.g., PTP, OTC, RTR, Treasury, Tax, HR) and associated key risk management concepts.
• You possess in-depth experience in internal controls design, remediation, and implementation.
• You are completely fluent in English; proficiency in German is highly advantageous.
