Your role will involve delivering projects that focus on operational and strategic levels of controls transformation, providing valuable insights on leveraging ERP functionalities, specifically SAP S/4HANA, to enhance internal control design.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Advise clients on opportunities for enhancing controls by embracing technology, particularly ERP functionalities (SAP S/4HANA).
• Assist clients in transforming their internal controls framework while ensuring compliance.
• Lead projects, encompassing all aspects of engagement delivery, from scoping and team selection to risk and quality management.
• Support SAP Internal Controls go-to-market initiatives and collaborate across teams to innovate new offerings and enhance existing ones.
• Lead, inspire, develop, and coach team members.

Who We Are Looking For

• You possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills, along with exceptional communication abilities that facilitate excellent client relationships and the effective management and development of others in an advisory capacity.
• You have 2-4 years of experience in delivering ERP controls transformation or ERP audit projects, with a solid grasp of key SAP S/4HANA business processes and the application of new functionalities for compliance and internal controls.
• You are knowledgeable about automated controls through ERP configurations.
• You understand core business processes (e.g., PTP, OTC, RTR, Treasury, Tax, HR, etc.) and relevant key risk management concepts.
• You have extensive experience in the design, remediation, and implementation of internal controls.
• You are fluent in English; proficiency in German is highly advantageous.
