Join our Controls Transformation team and play a pivotal role in helping clients achieve their business performance goals. Utilizing cutting-edge technology and innovative approaches, you will contribute to the design and implementation of robust internal control frameworks that are responsive to the dynamic digital landscape. Your day-to-day responsibilities may involve delivering projects related to controls transformation at both operational and strategic levels, advising clients on leveraging ERP functionalities, particularly SAP S/4HANA, to enhance internal control designs.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Advising clients on controls enhancement opportunities that embrace technology, including ERP functionalities (SAP S/4HANA).
• Supporting clients in transforming their internal controls framework while ensuring compliance.
• Leading projects covering all engagement delivery aspects, from scoping and program management to risk and quality management.
• Supporting SAP Internal Controls go-to-market initiatives and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop new market offerings and enhance existing ones.
• Leading, inspiring, developing, and coaching team members.

Who We Are Looking For

• You are organized and possess strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to build effective relationships with clients and manage others in an advisory capacity.
• You have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in delivering ERP controls transformation or ERP audit projects, with a solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA business processes and the application of new functionalities for compliance and internal controls.
• You are familiar with automated controls through ERP configurations.
• You have a strong knowledge of core business processes (e.g., PTP, OTC, RTR, Treasury, Tax, HR, etc.) and related key risk management concepts.
• You possess extensive experience in the design, remediation, and implementation of internal controls.
• You are fully fluent in English; proficiency in German is highly advantageous.
